If you have the issue where incremental updates are not showing up in the System Settings, there is no need to download the full installers anymore. Use the following fix:
- Download the latest version of RestrictEvents.kext and add it to your EFI/OC/Kext folder.
- Make sure to open your EFI config file in ProperTree and do a new OC Snapshot.
- Now in the boot arguments add revpatch=sbvmm and then save the file.
- Restart your computer.
You should now be able to use System Settings > General> Software Updates to get incremental updates. After updates, you can remove the boot argument and disable the kext.
